How To Read This Chart

This 3D visualization shows the relationship between:

  • X-Axis (Deposit Amount): The amount deposited into the coverage contract
  • Y-Axis (Gas Cost in Gwei): The gas cost for each transaction (1 gwei ≈ $4)
  • Z-Axis & Color (Net APY): The resulting APY after deducting coverage costs and gas costs

Key Insights:

  • Higher gas costs and smaller deposits result in significantly lower net APY
  • Shorter term lengths (180 days) require more renewals (2.03 per year), multiplying gas costs
  • The Entry tier has an annual rate of 0.54%
  • At a gas price of 10 gwei, the annual gas cost would be $81.11
